GoBoat – The perfect way to see Copenhagen

Tomorrow is the Danish National Day. Denmark does not have a real National Day, but the 5. June we are celebrating the the Danish Constitution from 1849 and it has since been a tradition that changes has been made the same date. It is not a national holiday but many Danes have the day off.

If you are in Copenhagen and what to see the Danes celebrate –  you can go to one of the many Constitution meetings.  If you want to do something different a great way to see Copenhagen is from the harbor and its canals, you have the opportunity to do it the traditional way with the Canal Tours Copenhagen or you can go to Islands Brygge next to Langebro  – here you will find GoBoat great picnic-boat that are solar-powered and environmentally friendly. The boats only goes 3 knobs as the max, so you don’t need anything but and ID to be able to be captain for a hour at the fair price of 395 DKR, it is a good idea to book a boat.
