This workweek we stared already Sunday afternoon when Mr. Lindeborg and I left for Turin for the presentation of the AW16 release of sunglasses from Luxottica for Boozt. Mr. Lindeborg is my number crushing sidekick and another prof of the necessary of diversity in a team – the merchandising part gives the freedom to focus and the understanding of the collection and the base for the optimal buy.

Apart from being a invaluable partner during meeting, we also challenge each other on our different interests during our many trips. Mr. Lindeborg is enlightening me on cars and what better please to do that in Turin the Detroit of Italy and home to Fiat, not that I will be a car expert.

So after an amazing day on Luxottica days in the old royal Palace of Turin viewing the more then 10.000 new options launch there. We had the opportunity before going to the airport, to visit the testing track on top of our hotel that in fact was the old Fiat Factory Lingotto, a surprising finish to a interesting and prosperous trip.
