Today was the last day of my Christmas holidays and I am more than ready to go back to work, it has been two and a half weeks of amazing time share with friends and family – but also a little to much time to think. Today is also Epiphany the last day to light the Christmas tree and I my family home the day to remove the Christmas ornaments and I France you have la Galette des Rois a cake with a little china figurine hided and the one that gets it is crown king of the day honouring the three kings bring gift to Crist.
