The planning of the Bergdorf Goodman Holiday windows starts the 2. January when the previous Holiday windows are dismantled, some early this year the cretive teams of Bergdorf Goodman selected a one-word theme for this years windows Inspired and what is more inspiring the the arts. So this year each of the main windows represents one of the arts with its own scheme – Literature, Architecture, Theater, Painting, Dance, Sculpture and Film. More the 100 people are involved in the making of the windows this year.
Bergdorf Goodman also together with Paramount Pictures celebrate the 60. Anniversary of the favourite movie White Christmas with the title song sung by members of Broadway Kids Care at the revealing and off course the great UNICEF star over 5. avenue was also lit.

The literature window has been made entirely from fabric, soft sculpture and needlework.
