This story starts with a red Christmas dress made as a fundraiser event for the Christmas catalog 2007 for the Danish Department Store Magasin du Nord. At the time I was working there and we where using a vintage dress from our archives on the cover. We came up with the idea to ask a talented designer to do the dress the way it would look in his eyes today. I had for so time follow Mr. Yde and his brand Yde one of Denmarks only women’s luxury RTW collections. We asked him to do the dress one for each of our stores and during Christmas they were auction for The Danish AIDS foundation with great success.
Over the years we have done many interesting projects together from dressing ladies from the best dress lists, making fantastic campaigns with among others photographer Signe Vilstrup, whom we also join making the movie “Kvinden der drømte om en mand“.
And to day he is going to top everything up by closing Paris Fashion Week with a show a the Place Vendôme, I am so proud.
