I needed to find something different to drik after we moved to the new Boozt HQ and we got these amazing coffee machines I am drinking to many lattes. So yesterday I think I found the answer cold brew the using the MIZUDASHI method, you use one of Hario’s T Filter- in Bottle and a white, green or red the pour cold water over it a let it brew in the fridge for 3-6 hours. You get more theanine and C-vitamines and less tannin and caffeine.
